Chastity is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts Associates of Occupation Studies program in massage therapy.  A Certified Reflexologist, Oncology Therapist, Lymphatic Drainage practitioner, Trauma Touch Therapist and certified in Applied Kinesiology.  She is also a Double Reiki Master.  Chastity's extensive education and gifted touch giver her the ability to facilitate the highest quality of therapy for your body, mind and spirit.  She has thousands of hours of hands on training working with very ill to athletic individuals.  Chastity has an amazing ability for helping people restore mormal muscle function and improve their physical and emotional health.  Her philosophy is:
